Right of return

Revocation

The purchaser may cancel the contract in writing (also by email to kontakt.atfaluna@gmail.com) or by returning the goods within 14 days. This period begins upon receipt of the goods. The return period is met by sending the goods on time (receipt stamp from the parcel service). We will only accept returns if they are sufficiently stamped, in good condition, and unused. Prayer rugs and stuffed animals are excluded from returns for hygiene reasons.
Orders not paid after 20 days will be automatically canceled.
