Shipping information

We ship via DPD and German Post.
- Letters 1.90 or 2.90 via German Post uninsured
- DPD insured, small parcels 5.50 euros, large parcels 6.50 euros
- For purchases of goods over 50 euros we ship free of charge!

Shipping usually takes 3 to 4 business days after receipt of payment. During Ramadan, it may take 7 to 10 days. We offer special bulk pricing and discounts for bookstores, clubs, and mosques!

Shipping prices depend on the weight of the order.
Please pay within 20 days. We will not ship until payment is received.
Orders not paid after 20 days will be automatically canceled.

DPD will notify you via email or mobile phone when your parcel arrives. If the parcels are sent as a letter for less than €5.50, they are uninsured and do not have a tracking number.

Please check your spam/junk email folder, sometimes emails from DPD end up in the spam folder.
